How will I be billed for my mobile services?

5G will issue you a monthly bill by email, unless otherwise stated. If you have multiple services with 5G you will benefit from one monthly consolidated bill for all of your services.

What is a PAC Code?

PAC stands for Port Authorisation Code. It is the code that is needed from your existing service provider to enable you to port your existing number over to a different network. A PAC code or PAC stands for Port Authorisation Code. You will need to obtain a PAC code from your existing mobile phone provider if you wish to keep your existing number when switching to a new network.

Will I be able to keep my current phone contacts?

Absolutely. When you switch over to us, we can copy your existing phone book on to your new handset, saving you the hassle.

Will I be able to use my business mobile phone abroad?

Yes. Most phones and networks now have the ability to be used abroad. Have a look through our packages and you will find that many make allowances for international calling.

How do I get my PAC code?

In order to get your PAC code, it will be a case of obtaining it from your current business mobile provider. This can be done online, if you have already set up an online account with your current provider or alternatively you will have to contact the network direct and ask for the PAC code. There are a number of ways. If you have set up an on-line account with your current provider then you can obtain it from the internet. You can also call your existing network directly; it usually takes up to 48 hours to receive it. If you prefer you can call us and we will explain what you need to do.

If I change to a 5G business mobile solution, will I be able to keep my existing numbers?

Yes, you can keep your existing business mobile numbers. All we need is for you to provide us with your PAC code and we'll take care of the rest.

I have multiple employees in my company - how many tariffs do I need?
