What if I don't have an internet connection, can I still perform data backups?

Yes you can. We can also provide offline backup services, where we can back up your data on to a storage device, physically sent to you. Data retrieval is accessible in the same fashion. You can find out more by visiting our Offline Backup page.

What bandwidth will I need for data backups?

Obviously, as with any broadband related application, the larger your bandwidth, the better performance you will receive. Though it does not necessarily matter what size bandwidth you have, within reason. All it will mean if you have a smaller bandwidth, is that it will take longer for your files to be backed-up.

What is the maximum amount of data I can backup?

There is no real limit to how much data you can backup, but you should consider your system resources and how often your data is likely to change, when thinking about backing up.
